Very small, feeling like a rook,
Admiring the peace of stars, on this cold winter night,
Lying in the meadow, with nothing but tranquility,
It would be cold, if I weren't thinking of you tonight.
The waves crashing one the rocks;
Chaos down below,
Nothing disturbs my tranquility,
Not even the sight of the year's first snow.
Some call it crazy,
Lying in a field. With nothing.
but thoughts,
and peace, thinking of the last time we spoke.
It was too long ago, and now you are gone
Your smile never to be seen,
Enthusiasm to be forgotten,
Unless I live with a peace of you, and you eyes that were green
Seeing you again is something I desire,
For now you are dead,
Our brotherhood set on fire,
I'll live my life for you. Make it a place you should have lived to see.
Peace,
Love,
Friendship,
Gone with our
Fraternity
Aww, your poem was so sad :( But great descriptions, and loved your opening; pulled me right in and made me re-read parts of it as well. Good job!

This was pretty deep, I saw a beautiful scene while reading this. It was as if I was there seeing the waves crashing onto rocks before me!
